Testing Fellows 📣On my way to my favourite conference, the HUSTEF - Hungarian Software Testing Forum organised by the Hungarian Testing Board. I will share my Three-pillar balanced quality model that I built based on my 24 years experience in the testing and quality profession. While there is a lot of focus on the middle, Detective QA, to achieve high quality and efficiency goals, one shall focus more on the left and the right as well, Proactive QA and Reactive QA, and balance these three aspects. The product organisation needs well defined, balanced quality goals set based on user and domain understanding. Testing Fellows📣My former boss, Adorjan Korenyi on stage at HUSTEF - Hungarian Software Testing Forum, telling us how to turn the vertical wrinkles on managemet’s forehead (caused by asks for more servers, testers, tools) to become horizontal of a smile due to easy decision based on a well structured ask.
